1. Introductory provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the e-shop operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") when purchasing digital content - e-books in PDF format. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Subject of purchase

1. The subject of the purchase is digital content – an e-book in the form of a PDF file, which is delivered electronically.
2. The content description and sample are always listed for a specific product.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

1. The order is placed via the SimpleShop order form.
2. The buyer provides their first name, last name and email address.
3. By sending the order, a purchase contract is created between the Seller and the Buyer.

4. Payment terms

1. Payment is possible exclusively by bank transfer to the Seller's account:
   8093341002 / 5500 (Raiffeisenbank).
2. The purchased e-book will only be sent after the payment has been credited to the account and matched.

5. Delivery of digital content

1. After payment, the Buyer will receive a link to download the PDF e-book to the provided email address.
2. The link allows two downloads.
3. Digital content is provided one-time, without entitlement to future updates.

6. Technical requirements

To download and read an e-book, you need a device capable of opening a PDF file and internet access.

7. Copyright

1. The e-book is the copyright of the Seller.
2. The buyer obtains a non-exclusive license for his own personal use.
3. It is prohibited to distribute, copy, modify or provide the work to third parties.

8. Right to withdraw from the contract

1. Digital content is not delivered on a tangible medium.
2. Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, if:
   • expressly agrees to the delivery of the digital content before the expiry of this period,
   • acknowledges that this consent lapses the right to withdraw (pursuant to Section 1837 letter l)).
3. If the download link has not yet been delivered to the Buyer, they can request cancellation of the order by email.

9. Complaints

1. The seller is responsible for delivering the functional file in accordance with the description.
2. A complaint can be made by e-mail to obchod@florinacestach.cz (e.g. broken file, invalid link).
3. The complaint will be processed within 30 days at the latest.

10. Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication. The Seller reserves the right to update them at any time.
