1. What personal data do I process?
When purchasing an e-book, I process the following data:
- first and last name
- payment details (variable symbol, amount, payment date)
- any communication when resolving questions or complaints
I do not use any data for marketing or profiling.
2. Purposes of processing
I only use the data to:
- order processing and delivery of digital content
- accounting and tax obligations
- resolving questions or complaints
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on:
- performance of the contract (order processing),
- fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting),
- legitimate interest (protection of rights and recording of communication).
4. Data retention period
- accounting documents: 10 years
- e-mail communication: 1 year, if longer archiving is not required
- technical data from cookies: according to settings in cookies policy
5. To whom the data may be transferred
- web hosting service providers
- email services
- accounting system
- Google (within the scope of analytical tools – only to the extent of technical data)
- Meta Platforms (as part of displaying the Instagram feed).
Personal data is not sold or provided to third parties.
6. Data subject rights
You have the right:
- request access to personal data
- request correction or deletion (if permitted by law)
- request restriction of processing
- to raise an objection
- file a complaint with the Office of the Ombudsman
