INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the laws of the Czech Republic.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO I PROCESS?

The administrator processes only the data necessary for processing the order and fulfilling the contract:

• first and last name,
• email address,
• payment-related data (variable symbol, amount, payment date, account number),
• content of e-mail communication. The administrator does not process personal data beyond this scope and does not use automated decision-making or profiling.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL TITLE

Personal data is processed for the following reasons: a) Contract performance: creating and registering an order, sending a link to download the e-book, resolving any complaints. b) Fulfillment of legal obligations: bookkeeping and tax documents. c) Legitimate interest: protection of the Administrator's rights (recording of orders for possible disputes) and answers to questions.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

• Order-related data and accounting documents: 10 years (according to the Accounting Act).
• Email communication and inquiries: 1 year, unless longer archiving is necessary.

TO WHOM IS THE DATA TRANSFERRED?

Personal data may be transferred to verified processors:

• sales system providers (SimpleShop / Redugov sro),
• web hosting and email service providers,
• accounting software and financial institutions (for matching payments),
• Google Ireland Limited (provider of analytical and measurement tools, e.g. Google Analytics, and cookie-related services).

I never sell or transfer personal information to unauthorized third parties.

YOUR RIGHTS

The buyer has the right:

• request access to personal data,
• request correction or deletion of data,
• request restriction of processing,
• to object to processing,
• on data portability,
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Requests can be sent by email. obchod@florinacestach.cz. They will be processed without undue delay.

DATA SECURITY

Personal data is protected using a secure encrypted HTTPS connection, securely stored databases, and restricted access.

FINAL PROVISIONS
