INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>

The personal data controller is: Stanislav Florian<\/strong>, Company ID: 72296283, with registered office at B\u0159ezolupy 517, e-mail: obchod@florinacestach.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"). Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the laws of the Czech Republic.<\/p>

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO I PROCESS?<\/strong><\/p>

The administrator processes only the data necessary for processing the order and fulfilling the contract:<\/p>

  • first and last name,<\/li>
  • email address,<\/li>
  • payment-related data (variable symbol, amount, payment date, account number),<\/li>
  • content of e-mail communication. The administrator does not process personal data beyond this scope and does not use automated decision-making or profiling.<\/li><\/ul>

    PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL TITLE<\/strong><\/p>

    Personal data is processed for the following reasons: a) Contract performance:<\/strong> creating and registering an order, sending a link to download the e-book, resolving any complaints. b) Fulfillment of legal obligations:<\/strong> bookkeeping and tax documents. c) Legitimate interest:<\/strong> protection of the Administrator's rights (recording of orders for possible disputes) and answers to questions.<\/p>

    DATA RETENTION PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>

    • Order-related data and accounting documents: 10 years (according to the Accounting Act).<\/li>
    • Email communication and inquiries: 1 year, unless longer archiving is necessary.<\/li><\/ul>

      TO WHOM IS THE DATA TRANSFERRED?<\/strong><\/p>

      Personal data may be transferred to verified processors:<\/p>

      • sales system providers (SimpleShop \/ Redugov sro),<\/li>
      • web hosting and email service providers,<\/li>
      • accounting software and financial institutions (for matching payments),<\/li>
      • Google Ireland Limited (provider of analytical and measurement tools, e.g. Google Analytics, and cookie-related services).<\/li><\/ul>

        I never sell or transfer personal information to unauthorized third parties.<\/p>

        YOUR RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>

        The buyer has the right:<\/p>

        • request access to personal data,<\/li>
        • request correction or deletion of data,<\/li>
        • request restriction of processing,<\/li>
        • to object to processing,<\/li>
        • on data portability,<\/li>
        • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).<\/li><\/ul>

          Requests can be sent by email. obchod@florinacestach.cz<\/strong>. They will be processed without undue delay.<\/p>

          DATA SECURITY<\/strong><\/p>

          Personal data is protected using a secure encrypted HTTPS connection, securely stored databases, and restricted access.<\/p>
