1. Introductory provisions<\/strong><\/h3>

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the e-shop operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") when purchasing digital content - e-books in PDF format. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/p>

2. Subject of purchase<\/strong><\/h3>
  1. The subject of the purchase is digital content \u2013 an e-book in the form of a PDF file, which is delivered electronically.<\/li>
  2. The content description and sample are always listed for a specific product.<\/li><\/ol>

    3. Order and conclusion of the contract<\/strong><\/h3>
    1. The order is placed via the SimpleShop order form.<\/li>
    2. The buyer provides their first name, last name and email address.<\/li>
    3. By sending the order, a purchase contract is created between the Seller and the Buyer.<\/li><\/ol>

      4. Payment terms<\/strong><\/h3>
      1. Payment is possible exclusively by bank transfer to the Seller's account:
        8093341002 \/ 5500 (Raiffeisenbank)<\/strong>.<\/li>
      2. The purchased e-book will only be sent after the payment has been credited to the account and matched.<\/li><\/ol>

        5. Delivery of digital content<\/strong><\/h3>
        1. After payment, the Buyer will receive a link to download the PDF e-book to the provided email address.<\/li>
        2. The link allows\u00a0two downloads<\/strong>.<\/li>
        3. Digital content is provided\u00a0one-time<\/strong>, without entitlement to future updates.<\/li><\/ol>

          6. Technical requirements<\/strong><\/h3>

          To download and read an e-book, you need a device capable of opening a PDF file and internet access.<\/p>

          7. Copyright<\/strong><\/h3>
          1. The e-book is the copyright of the Seller.<\/li>
          2. The buyer obtains a non-exclusive license for his own personal use.<\/li>
          3. It is prohibited to distribute, copy, modify or provide the work to third parties.<\/li><\/ol>

            8. Right to withdraw from the contract<\/strong><\/h3>
            1. Digital content is not delivered on a tangible medium.<\/li>
            2. Buyer\u00a0does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period<\/strong>, if:
